Mrs. Mann

Wow! So pretty much the last couple of weeks have been insane. I have to apologize for not keeping people informed but I really have barely had time to breathe... Matt got a job offer in Visalia, California so we are MOVING!!! I couldn't be more excited about it - I don't have to suffer through another Logan winter ;) haha bitches! We thought about it and decided... "Why not get married before we go?" Seems perfectly logical, I mean, right? So in less than two weeks we got engaged, married, found a place to live and a job in California and now I'm packing to leave Zion. No biggie. Honestly though everything has come together perfectly. I have had a lot of help though (shout out to my mum and sisi pants) which has made it a lot easier. So here's a quick recap on all the shenanigans... (Is that how you spell it? I just sounded it out real slow haha)

THE ENGAGEMENT

Matt asked me to marry him on Sunday the 14th. I'll spare you the cutesy detalis but it was perfect. When he asked me to be "his Mrs. Mann" I didn't hesitate when I said yes! I called my dad the next day to tell him Matt proposed and he said... "Well, what did you say?" Really Dad? I have found someone who makes me truly happy. How could a girl turn that down? See the offical engagement photos below. Thanks Curt (aka Jesus) for the "bunny ears"...

DRESS SHOPPING

One of the funnest days of my life. I just stood there while my mom and sister and a couple strangers threw big poofy gowns over my head and told me how pretty I was. I couldn't be happier about it. After trying on a couple no's we finally found the perfect dress...

After that we went and registered. Turns out shopping for free is equally as fun as dress shopping.

My useless entourage... Geh.

THE BIG DAY

Yeah! After waiting two long weeks it finally came! Because we are moving so soon, Matt and I decided to do a small ceremony and do a reception next May. I asked my uncle Brad to marry us at my parent's house. It was perfect! (More pictures to come I promise)

Isn't my hubby smokin'?

After we went to dinner with the wedding party... And went to the Homestead Resort... This is the only picture I'll share with the group lol

So now I am a WIFE! Still kinda weird to think about but we are so happy together... Matt truly is God's gift to me. :)
